Job Description

Ensure that tasks given are carried out in an orderly and professional manner, helping AquaCare Water Hygiene achieve its annual sales and profit targets:

  • enhance the company's market image,
  • increase profitability
  • identify new or upgrade business in existing or new customers.

Other duties may involve chemical treatment servicing.

AquaCare Water Hygiene offers a technical solution based on a mix of products and services to ensure compliance with legislation and to produce efficiencies within its target markets.

Main activities and tasks
  • Primarily responsible for carrying out monitoring tasks, sampling and record keeping.
  • Be responsible for the completion of legionella risk assessments, surveys, audits and when necessary, cleaning and disinfection of hot and cold water systems, cisterns, and cooling towers and associated systems.
  • Work to agreed targets in achieving the correct timescales for the duties.
  • Undertake on-site surveys of clients' properties and produce reports, estimates and quotations to ensure maximum efficiency and legal compliance.
  • Maintain and build on customer relationships in order to maintain customers, through on-going monitoring, sampling and regular reviews.
  • In conjunction with the General Manager, ensure adequate resources are planned for, and allocated to, the successful maintenance of on-site services.
  • Maintain knowledge of legionnaires’ disease, through training and continual improvement, either through internal or external means as identified at annual appraisals or interim ‘tool-box’ discussions.
